Terms of service
These terms apply when you create a Kademy account, buy a course, or otherwise use the platform.

Agreement
By creating an account or buying a course you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Kademy. They sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Children may use Kademy through a parent or guardian's account, and that adult remains responsible for it.
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself.
- One account per person. Do not share your login — access is sold per learner.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.
Payment
Courses are priced in Nigerian Naira and paid through Paystack. Prices shown include any discount applied at the time of purchase. Buying a course grants you access to that course. All-access is a single payment that grants you every course on Kademy, including courses added later; it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Access is granted once Paystack confirms the payment to us. If a payment succeeds on your bank statement but access does not appear, contact us and we will resolve it.
Refunds
If a course is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, provided you have completed no more than 20% of its lessons. After that point, or beyond 7 days, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
All-access is refundable on the same terms: within 7 days, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the lessons across the catalogue.
If we withdraw a course you have paid for individually before you have completed it, we will refund you in proportion to what you had left. Withdrawing a single course does not entitle an all-access holder to a refund, since all-access is priced for the catalogue as a whole rather than any one course.
What you may and may not do
- Course material is licensed to you for your own learning. You may not copy it, republish it, resell it, or use it to train a model.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, access courses you have not bought, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Do not scrape the site or use automated tools to bulk-download material.
- Certificates are issued to a named learner and must not be altered or transferred.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep Kademy available and the material accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and course content is provided for education rather than as professional advice. Completing a course does not guarantee any particular job, income or outcome.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and closure
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be emailed to you. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Courses you have already paid for remain available to you unless the account is closed for a breach of these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions go to kedionwe@gmail.com.
